It's one of the most beautiful guitars I've seen in a while. The colour reminds me of Gibsons Inverness Green

Gorgeous thing!

How's the weight/balance for you? Some GT guys have noted that G5622Ts can be rather heavy on the shoulders...

Of the 3 I have it is definitely the heaviest (that’s why in the recent centre block models Gtersch have made the block chambered).

I’d say the weight feels spot on for the size of the guitar, still comfier on my shoulder than my 70s Strat or my LP. When I first played it I never thought of it as heavy, until I got the black 5422 so it only seems heavy in comparison to that, or any other non CB guitar. It’s worth noting that the 5422 is very light.

A-ha, I see.

I reckon anything but a fully-hollow guitar w/o a Bigsby will indeed have that much more weight to it, and with the block and an additional 'tron it's all the more.
