It sounds like a bass sound with high end fizz over the top, it doesn’t really gel with the amp. Like Doog said, the tweeter makes all the high end distortion super present so it sondz uncool
Clean toanz are very nice, too bad it doesn't work with the fuzzes. Can a tweeter be just unplugged or it is more complicated than that? Also the clean toanz will probably suffer from that

Thanks Fearless! My dad has been a bass player for most of his life and I think deep down in my heart I am too, which I know is blasphemous humbling honor.

Maybe it could but I’m not one to tinker w that kind of stuff, I’d rather just find a distortion that works
I'd recommend to look at these cheap Chinese micropedals. They are clones of regular and boutique pedals for a fraction of the original price and built on SMD components which actually have better tolerances and consistency than the components used in big pedals because SMD components are used in modern electronics and are expected to be very precise. But the quality of pedals may vary from what I know.
Other problem is that there are tons of brands that name same pedals differently and it's still a guess game what the pedals are clones of
I'm sure I've heard of amps where the tweeter can be disabled. I suppose it would change the load that the amp sees, so might not be the best thing to go messing with.

It’d be a safer bet to just try to dial all of the treble out of it, but I have to keep experimenting
