Just bought the amp book while I was wondering about Glasgow today. Looks cool indeed and shall keep me entertained until the VC30 arrives.
Which happens to look like being next week when no one will be able to be in and collect it. Might have to wait a while longer then.

Guitar Amp Keyboards have never been the most reliable source to mail order from.
However Strings Direct/Holiday Music are always a pleasure to deal with, I ordered my two Ernie Ball Straps yesterday at 16:00, with them arriving 9:00 this morning.
Extra kudos to them as well for running the Lefties store too.

My bud ordered a few leads next day delivery from Strings Direct a while back, and it took like a week for them to show up.. hopefully just an isolated incident.

Strange. I've never had a problem with them. Can't complain about the free delivery, even if you are only ordering a pack of strings. Where as this is the second time GAK have let me down, it took them three months to delivery something to me they said they had in stock.

Strings direct have always been rapid for me. GAK have too to be honest.
Soundcontrol were a little slow with my Powerblock but not too bad.

Yeah, GAK aren't too good really. The actual Brighton shop is pretty awesome though.

GAK are cheap though.
