The new S-type has arrived:
has a weird built in tuner on the volume pot, N tune or some such ting... Works well but looks gash, shall be removing it post haste (during new pickguard installation)

I traded two tanks of nitrous for this thing.
I now have the courage to play live naked with a shaved ass and giblet combo.

My first guitar.
This guy started life as a double-humbucker squire stratocaster in flat black with matching flat black headstock, which I played in a punk band that was terrible. I knew nothing about guitars when I bought it except that it was cheap and looked the part. At one point it was covered in stickers. It was my only guitar for a long, long time.
It's been through several iterations. It was Surf Green for a while, or a chalky auto-paint version of it. At one point I heat-gun stripped the beat up poly and repainted it Olympic White with a nitro topcoat and put a gold anodized guard on it with three singlecoils. Also stripped the headstock and refinished in clear nitro with a repro fender decal. Then the block of wood that the tailpiece screws into broke out, and after re-gluing several times and having it keep breaking I just routed it out and replaced it with a solid block, but since i didn't have a hardtail bridge I repurposed this Tele bridge and pickup to work. I didn't want to cut up the aluminum guard so I bought the tort from the cheap bin somewhere for a couple dollars. Didn't have string-through-body ferrules for the back so I threw on the Bigsby. Everything works great and lines up properly and intonates fine, it just looks really, really rough.

In the end, it's probably more punk now.

Hi everyone, here is my collection of guitars. I also own a Jackson RR24 which is not pictured here.
First is my Squier Stratocaster. It was made in 1989 in the Samick factory in Korea. Interestingly, it has "SAM", my name and also presumably short for "Samick" printed in the neck cavity of the body
.
It's a nice feeling guitar to play and it sounds really good, I'm thinking about getting a tortoiseshell pickguard on it to match my Mustang. It's also ridiculously heavy, like Les Paul heavy or more.
Next is my main guitar, my Mustang. I got it when I was about 14 and it's my favourite guitar. Totally stock. Looking at getting a second Mustang because I'm so fond of them and putting a hot rail in it.
I also have a Jag-Stang. It's nice because it has the same neck as my mustang, but I don't really play it as often my Mustang, but it's still a nice guitar.
And finally, my Epiphone Dot. I have not done any of the modifications to this guitar, I bought it like this for a very good price. I don't know if it's always had gold tuners, hardware, pickups etc or if that's a modification or not. It also has a Bigsby tremolo added to it and has had the jack input moved from the front to the side. Amazing sounding guitar, really really full, rich tone.
And here's a couple of them all together sans Jackson and LTD
Cheers

Swapped out the pickups on my Baccus LP and have been totally blown away by them. Gone from high output with a P90 neck to vintage output AII pups. Unbelievable clarity and nice to have a significant change in tone.
