The art on that pedal really is brilliant.

Maybe a christmas present to myself.

Tim does such good work I hate seeing them go sometimes. Could have a pedal board that looks like a bunch of cells from the original Triology.

You could do some saltboosters with the cover images from all of the movies (all three of them).

haha that's an idea. If you build them, they will come.

wait.
WAIT.

can you create an elongated window in the pedal and then secure two or three LEDs below it, so they're just shining through it rather than sticking out?

haha.. yeah that's easy if I have a drill guide to work to. decal over the top means it will flare slightly also

i keep smiling like a chesire at it. it looks and sounds fantastic.

the drummer in the band wishes he was a guitarist just for that pedal. he wants a bass drum head doing with star wars on. PAGING MR BENECOL!

Making people happy is why I build pedals. Knowing that something I have built makes them smile, or make music, is the biggest kick in the world.

A guy, Pierre in France who I build that Strummer DLS for told me that he's been in hospital having painful knee ligament surgery recently, and that seeing the development of the pdeal and playing guitar with the Green Muff I made him a while back has helped him through all the frustration and pain of not being able to walk for weeks. Stuff like that, it brings a tear to the eye.

can't begin to imagine the feeling you get from seeing your pedals being used/loved by people over the world. if it's anything like how being an owner feels. that's a fecking good feeling.

It's brilliant Mike, I think everyone who has one of your pedals appreciates what you have done and the tweaking/personalisation is one of the attractions.
I think that the newer pedals look absolute class, the benecol's decals are ace.
At the moment I am totally happy with my setup, and given all the pedals I have or have had, the fact my board has 2 of yours on it speaks volumes :)

getting the DLS back has made me realise how much i've missed it's sound. the mudhoney is good for either cleaner overdrive or heavy dirt and i usually have to settle on what kinda sound i want and stick to it.
now the DLS has the mode footswitch, i change it on the fly and get a really nice balance of o/d and dirt. and sticking the timmy in the front just props things up a little more if needed. it's one of few pedals that really works well with the strat and one of the few that seems to give the mustang more output. the v2 midrange boosting is great for the strat, as it's only clicked recently that the CS 69 pickups have scoop mids.
