I guess I can see it, but most real pedal snobs can't stand line 6 stuff.

i love the white hiwatt, hate the commonburst LP, and hate the cable mess behind the tv.

The HCefxers are saping up the M13s and M9s; a lot of gigging musicians are using them too. Reckon HiWatt Man is getting a bad deal here...

I avoid HC, but I admit to being surprised that they are into these things.
As far as the guy in the pic...If he is a gigging musician who plays in several bands or who is into alot of experimental sounds and music then he has a pretty killer setup. If this gear never leaves that room then it is a little wank.

It's all a little bit too clean, yes. Some battle scars are always nice.

But don't hate, at least he doesn't collect crockery.

i looked at the thread cobascis was talking about, the guy with all the gear seems to be a gigging/recording musician. it wasn't him that made the snidey comment.

picked up this in a small music shop, they just sell strings and a few bits and pieces. it was going cheap as it had no box or anything. £25 quid and it sounds really really good.

just need to get a new rubber ring for the baseplate, this one has perished a little.

Great deal on that little guy. I was looking at the Guyatone tuner, but the 'on' button put me off.

I think the idea is that the Guyatone tuner is always on (or off), and the footswitch just mutes the signal. Doesn't sound too ridiculous, could be useful if you're midway through a song playing single note stuff; give the machinehead a quick tweak and you're back in tooooon without dropping out of the mix.

Nice Rob, I do like those Guyatone mini pedals. How does it compare to the Phase 90?

thanks guys. it's great, doesn't go too over the top with the speed. does sound very leslie like. i like the depth control, as i can mix how much phase sound i want. so i can have subtle stuff and deeper stuff. i'd say it's kinda half way between a small stone and a phase 90, with a slight boost when engaged. works better after dirt, where as i found the phase 90 to be better before dirt.

You have to manually turn it on after you plug it in. BUt I think you are right after that.

FINALLY got the Lava cables in! Brandon [owner of FullScaleOnline.com also a local shop to me] gave me a free set! Suhweet! I ordered two sets as i knew it would at least take that for the whole board, so i guess i have some left overs for the future. They went together really well and i couldn't be happier with them, it keeps things nice and tidy and i won't have to worry about them crapping out like others have.

The Memory Boy is being used as a chorus sadly but it does fine for now, i needed a chorus sound for my band and it certainly does the trick. I also like to its delays going into the Sunface, it makes for a very interesting sound.

Volume pedal is after the overdrives so i can fine tune my levels should they ever be off. I also put it before the fuzz so i can fine tune the gain aswell.

I didn't like the LPB-1 at first, it takes a lot of highs out and adds some bass but i found a use for it. Its after all of the dirt and i am using it at unity volume. I turn it on along with the fuzz and it makes it sound fat and really warm, then when i turn off the lpb-1 its like a TONEBLAST effect.

I also put a little peel-n-stick pick holder on the back of the board for good measure, actually came in handy the last gig. WAY easier than a preppy altoids can because these just slide right out.

Looks very tidy.

Yeeaaaaah buddy, glad the chorus is getting used. You need you some delay though.
