are there any differences between that MDX you have and the black one?

Black = VestaFire
Grey/Green = Vestax

VestaFire became Vestax some time ago - they no longer make guitar products but still produce a DJ line of mixers etc.

Identical.

It's probably the best Delay pedal you can buy in my opinion, being that it's also probably the best chorus and flanger aswell.

It depends, I haven't seen what they go for in the US but a price of ?60-?70 is normal for the UK - they have a cult following - due in no small part to our very own Doog (much to his chagrin)

You salty git, you didn't even comment on my beautiful MS paint prototype of my footswitch.

It's your own fault for being so influential in cyberspace.

Does the feedbacker really up the feedback? What does that Maxon do? Where can I found soundclips of that moogerfooger? Does that Boss Tremolo have a feature to set the beat by stepping on it?

All these questons and more brought to you by me right now, only on 60 minutes.

read the cocking thread.

The feedbacker is a monophonic synth sound with a tuneable overtone.

dont get your panties in a bunch mike. 15 pages is way too many words for me to read let alone comprehend.

the feedbackER creates an artificial feedback when the footswitch is held down...like mike said it doesn't really sound natural, but its fun regardless.

the maxon is just a flexible envelope filter...more info here:
http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/ ... sku=155058

soundclips of the moog can be found at:
http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/ ... sku=158838
http://www.moogmusic.com/detail.php?main_product_id=39
and a video clip here:
http://www.gearwire.com/moog-delay.html

and the boss tremolo does not have tap tempo.

mark at www.olcircuits.com took about 2 weeks and around $130(USD)....really nice guy.

I'm suppose to be recording a soundclip for him to put it on the site, but I've been slacking :?
