Adding pickups and knobs now, and all the fun stuff.
The way I'm thinking of doing it is having 3 images of each pickup type on top of each other - so you only see one. Then you drag them onto the guitar. You will only be able to use 3 of each type this way, but i think that's enough. You could mix and match different pickups styles and have like 20 pickups, but only 3 of each image.

an observation:

when you press matching headstock on the most recent .swf, it changes the headstock shape a bit.

Yeah its because the maple headstock is a photo and the matching one, which isnt working yet anyway, is a vector shape i drew on flash. So it isnt perfectly the same shape...
but i could change it actually pretty easily..
