Well I've never had much time for muffs/fuzz pedals before this, they always left me dissapointed in one way or another.
This pedal has changed all that, a versatile responsive warm fuzzy little distortion box with its own characther. Loving it.

Mike,

How much extra do you charge for the footswitchable tone bypass on the IC Big Muff? I am looking to order the IC Big Muff when I get some funding and that might be worth paying for. I am just trying to think if I would ever need to switch the tone bypass mid song or if the regular switch would be all I need. I guess it would be useful if you want to make the Muff really nasty in the middle of the song.

I am sorta chasing that White Stripes Muff tone and the IC Muff seems like the closest I have seen. I always see him using the NYC Muff, but I hated the one I played. Of course, his Big Muff might be an old vintage model as opposed to a reissue.

mike, what are the details on the tubescreamers? Which models are they based on and are you doing anything similar to any of the other modders?

Here's the demo of the 808 Tubescreamer

It's a TS-808 without the input and output buffers and with some tweaks to the clipping and tone control with an added Voice control to add bass and gain.

Taylor, I can do the IC Muff with a footswitchable tone bypass for £80 (the original is £70). It's a pretty big sound difference so could well be something you want at your feet.

Hey I was wondering if you could make a dual drive box with an mi crunch box and an ocd. I photoshopped a quick artwork layout for it, would something like this be possible? I'm still really liking the rc-2 looper pedal box you made for me, it's still a big part of my dual amp setup.

It's possible, but we'd probably have to do some rejigging.

On your layout (which looks great btw) there are the following issues:

1. The output jack will interfere with the LED and presence pot
2. The input jack will interfere with the HP/LP switch and Tone pot (and LED maybe)
3. The order switcher toggle might be too tight there.

Chat to benecol about it, but I would suggest this.

1. Move the i/o to the top edge, and have the input between the volume and drive on the oCD and the output between the Volume and Gain of the Crunch Box (these will have to be separated out a bit).
2. I think the LEDs will have to be moved to either between the footwsitches (interferring with your characters) or to where the order toggle is now
3. The order toggle might be a step too far, I'm not sure where it can be placed without a headache. Maybe on the side of the pedal after the i/o has been moved?

Either way I can do this, but it would be quite spendy I'm afraid. I normally do Dual Drives for £100 and £95 to people on shortscale, but this one is tight as hell - might be more like £110 once it's all sorted.

Here's a new layout that moves a couple things around. Would it be possible to have a switch like this on the side for switching the order? I'm thinking with a normal switch on the side it might get banged around on my pedalboard. How much do you think it would be in all with shipping to the usa?
