According to this thread I inspired you to market a super fuzz style pedal, and you're giving one away,
can I be in the running for this contest without doing a homework assignment of 500 words.

I think its cool you made this fuzz, even if it doesn't end up sounding 100% like an original, it's still a cool fuzz design.

Any picture of the final unit yet?

I need to start making my own fuzzes. We should start a sub-forum, for DIY pedals. All the other DIY pedal forums are kinda lacking.

you should check out freestompboxes.org. It's pretty interesting. They reverse engineer stuff too and expose how much of it it just recycled/ripped off.

I been on there. It's mostly extremely negative trash talking and showing other people's schematics. There isn't really anybody helping people to build or resources for where to track down parts or substitue parts you can't find or learn.

It just seems like a bunch of angry "know it alls", hating on established builders, IMO.

I just took another look at that place and it seems liek they re-arranged the site and toned it down and are being less negative and more helpful to actual building.
