haha i quite often forget that robroes is shortscale specific. i've used it in conversation with someone not from shortscale before and i think they assumed it was a standard term they didn't know 'cause they nodded knowingly.

robroes = the kinda covers you get on mustangs, no pole pieces showing and one flat colour.

rob roes were designed by robroe before plastic was availble, he would chizzle rock and paint them white to put on his guitars.
he is the sole founder and designer of our world.
