I'm off to work shortly, the vote closes when I get back. So there are 10 hours or so left on this then I'll post the results.

I have no idea how 9 managed to be winning in that other poll. Last time I looked it was 6 votes each, but it actually came last this time. After 19 votes here are the results.

1st - Option 5 - 29 pts
2nd - Option 6 - 23 pts
3rd - Option 3 - 19 pts
4th - Option 1 - 17 pts
5th - Option 8 - 15 pts

So this motherfucker right here is the winner.

And this is the story of how you clowns shunned #8 and picked some weird slightly italic nonsense.

I prefer 8 but I'm fine with 5. If you imagine them actually on a plectrum none of them seem that bad.
For best results, please limit your message to 3 lines, 10 spaces per line. For custom logos, you must provide camera-ready black & white artwork or digital files as 300dpi JPG, TIFF or native Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop files, ideally in Illustrator. If you know what font you used, please list the name of that font in your ordering information. Because digital files bring the best results we prefer to receive logos, signatures or artwork in digital file format which can be sent to us at: customerservice@jimdunlop.com, along with your ordering information.
Now we need to get this image sorted and sent to Ends ready to send with the order. It would probably be best if we include the font file too.

No problem, but if I ever run for public office you're going to be my campaign director.

Ok, I'll get on this, but honestly I'm not sure I know what I'm doing.

Ok, I think these should be suitable. They are 300dpi JPGs and are set at 0.75" squared.

Send them the lot. We'll send the ones on the plectrum with the red circles, the 300 dpi images and the font. We want to make sure they don't fuck it up.

HERE is a link to a .zip file that has the photoshop CS3 file of the design, the original font used in .ttf and the two hi-res .jpgs I made. That should cover everything I reckon. I dunno who's actually talking with dunlop, so I'll leave it up to James or Ends to send this along with the money.

I would just send them the images with the red circle. sending all that other stuff is just likely to piss off and/or confuse them.

I think they'd want the high res stuff and as much info as possible. We're going to be buying something like $700 worth of plectrums for them. they aren't going to be pissed off if we send them a couple of copies of the designs.

it's standard practice to send all source files and fonts when you're getting something commercially printed.
