It seems, Mike tends to operate a one in, one out policy. I know his Deluxe, Baja and Mustang have all been sold over the last couple of years to make way for new purchases.
Anyway Mike, what truly excessive amount of guitars do you have after buying this? A frankly decadent 4? or a huge 5?
I think the only person I can think I've told to stop buying guitars is Haze, because he owns like a million and shedloads of pedals and clearly needs an amp. He knows it's only in jest though

I can imagine the CP Jaguar will be sold and a few people have expressed interest, so that's probably going to go. For the first time I've thought of holding onto a guitar after bringing another in, but I know what I'm like, I'm really monogamous when it comes to my guitars.

Cheers man. I don't know about the construction of the tuners to be honest, but these turn like new - they're sturdy enough to give you confidence in them without being stiff, I was really pleasantly surprised. Jags definitely aren't for everyone, they're really idiosyncratic things.
we see the first F tuners appear on the student line of guitars in the fall of 1965. They then begin to appear on the regular line in December on the Jaguar. (...) Typically these are chrome plated on metal button versions and nickel plated on plastic buttons.
So it is logic that those chrome tuners do not corrode that easy

I've got my eyes on my tube amp i'm looking for. I was just about to pull the trigger and all of the sudden they weren't on sale. even contacted the company to see what i could work out with them but they wouldn't budge.
