Haha! I didn't know there was more than one Abe Vigoda.

I'm fairly sure all of the smell regulars are kinda well known.

I always hear Wolf Parade in Abe Vigoda's music, but not in an unpleasant sort of way. Probably the singers' voices that do it.

Even in finland they're pretty well known. Especially no age for some reason.

At the minute all i listen to is NO AGE, Abe Vigoda, Deerhunter/Atlas Sound and Animal Collective. Mika Miko are alright too.

it's weird. i mean, i knew they were kinda big locally, but i had no idea they were elsewhere. it's good, though. it's nice to see local bands find a wider audience.
the smell is a cool venue, but their booking policy is very elitist. you have to be super cool or good friends with someone super cool to play there. and lately it's become flooded with yuppie girls who stand around and talk while the bands play. but i have seen some great bands play there and the cover charge is always only $5.

Lack of good bands here forces us to steal your scene.

The band is named after that dude. It's something you hear bands doing every once in awhile (Charles Bronson) that probably seemed clever at the time but really isn't.
