I bought one of they SPX90's the other day not had time to fully mess about with it but it's pretty bloody noisy, I think my microverb 4 was better.

i used to have a quadraverb which is great for reverbs, and also a holy grail which was super. but i got a twin reverb and sold the other stuff i had. if you can get a quadraverb for a less than £60 on ebay get it. for the price there in not much that does a reverb like that, the only hassle is that it is a rackmount.

here is a shit demo of my holy grail.

i can deal with digital delay pedals
for slap back kinda stuff
but i really have to have a real reverb unit
i got a few units
i made one myself
on a budget i recomend
a danelectro spring king for reverb
and a memory man for delay
right now the memory toy is on my board
easy ajustments on the fly
the memory man with hazarai seems to be more effort than its worth imo

expect for spring, i pretty much like digital reverb. & even then. i'll use spring reverb in a digital pedal if it sounds good. i just prefer a spring reverb tank.

I've got the Marshall Reflector. Sounds alright, but I wish the reverse had a 100% wet. I almost won a spx-90 on ebay, i got sniped and it sold for $35. The REX-50 is meant to be good as well, but I haven't seen a demo yet.

Delay is sweet, reverb is sub par, but it sounds like the originals' :)

Sold to finance the Rainbow Road Cosmichorus 8)
I should get another, it made me feel like a wizard paired with the DM-2 going into it.

how much did you sell it for. i alwayz thought about getting the Boss RE-20 twin pedal but every once-in-a-blue-moon i'll see a reasonably priced Roland Space Echo RE-201 on craigslist for about $400 or so; well, i thought about getting the Boss Twin as a substitute & then getting the Roland Space Echo when it came up: i don't think i could see myself ditchin' vintage gear like that unless i was trying to buy another piece of vintage gear. teh Cosmichorus is kind of on the expensive-side so i can see the underlying motives "therein"...
