Stoner Rock Fuzz ?
Moderated By: mods
Ok will do that when I go back in the new year... I had tons to do that night as I was leaving for Xmas for 2 weeks.... so I didn't have time to mess with it too much.
Just thought that it could get pretty full on from the get go, I assumed... and not be so weak.
Almost sounded like your average overdrive, ala SD1 or something. Fuzz should be FUZZY !!! and nasty !!
Anyways, I will try again when I get back.... bit tricky as I don't have anything to really compare to. Perhaps it doesn't like my guitar or something.
I'll do a video to share, see what you guys reckon.

I have a unique set up for the studio for super crazy fuzz stuff that sounds like an amp on fire. I go through a tech 21 para di with as many big muffs as you can borrow. 3 is a good number. It sounds terrible through an amp but direct in works for me. Either that or i use 1 big muff into my mesa and then i use a plug-in that is supposed to be like a rangemaster and it works or one of the abbey road plug-ins gives me the same effect.
