I would certainly consider buying it if I played electric violin. It wasn't bad on guitar. Horrible on the Bass VI and I wouldn't even bother trying it on bass, unless I wanted to make lo fi black metal on a semi-broken 4 track.

Wow, those are spendy. For those prices you could easily get a vintage guitar, chumps.
