Pretty sure most people will hate my Jem, but I love it to bits. I got back into playing guitar after a few years in the cowboy chord cold, and when I did, I wanted to be a shredder. I spent a couple of years trying to sweep, tap, generally shred etc, but it never really came off for me. My wife got me this for my 30th, which was an amazing gift, and came a time when we were a bit more flush. I go through spells of playing it exclusively for a couple of weeks, and trying to play technical stuff. It's definitely a player, but I prefer that anyway.

In the words of Steve Tyler "that's so far out it's head it's back in it".... I really like that but know I shouldn't.
Gusman, I absolutely love that you have both a JEM and a Herman Rii signature model. Please tell me you've also got a Paul Gilbert and Malmsteen floating around your flat.

now that I do hate... that flag can make me dislike almost anything.
I'm gonna ruin this thread again. Always liked Aquisce, Cigarettes & Alcohol live at Maine Road, that guitar with Union Jack, though it was vintage Sheraton with mini humbuckers not like this replica. So I like this guitar, but hate that vintage style strap. If it is vintage style strap it must be super narrow and not that wide as this shit.

It was a cheap strap from l&m, will likely get replaced int the future, guitar is sitting unplayed at the moment, guitar area is too small and it is stacked at the back.
Get rid of the fugly tort and put chrome on the pickups and the strat jack won't be an eyesore anymore. And haters are gonna hate the bridge because it's not a familiar design but it's rock solid, super adjustable and works perfectly. Thank god they put that bridge instead of gibsonizing the damn thing with a TOM. That would have been as fugly as the stock tort, but harder to remedy. And the Fiesta Red looks cool as fuck.
There is always enough shortscale haet to be heaped on this stubborn badass, with which I continuously have a mildly disturbing codependent relationship of sorts.

Anyone who hates that needs to see a psychiatrist.

I'd dare to agree, though if I were to rephrase the poast to illustrate my point, in context
