Not a problem at all. That grillcloth came off of Craigslist freebie from years back that I scavenged for the speakers. Glad to help out!

It's back! Super psyched on this amp. It sounds great. Jeff adjusted one of the capacitors to my Jaguar to make sure it sounded best with the guitar. He also did a bunch of work on it. (Replaced cap can, replaced power cable, redid the wiring that was messed up, replaced several resistors and a couple of bad capacitors, replaced the power tube and one of the other tubes, installed the speaker and made a new wire for it, put the cloth on the speaker frame, put the badge on, gave me a new tube cover, replaced the amp mounting hardware that had been painted black, and probably more that I am forgetting.) It is an awesome sounding amp. Past five it starts to overdrive and at full has a great crunchy sound that is still very clear with individual notes and strings. Here are pictures. I still need to drill the holes in the back plates to be able to mount them.
The original speaker that had been painted white......
Cost a good chunk, but is super solid now. That seller sent me a lemon and Jeff at Velvetone made lemonade with it.

Finished! I cleaned it up a little with some cleaning wipes.
Thanks! That fabric made a big difference in how it looks. Thanks so much!

Those are great amps. I have a 1973 Vibro Champ and I love it. I need to have someone go through mine cause it's bound to need some TLC.

I left eBay feedback. I decided I should say something at least. I posted neutral feedback and a comment that it was described as functional, but had a blown speaker coil and power tube. I also included good price. I think that is a fair comment and rating given that the listing said it was tested and working and it clearly was not.

(Also something tested and working shouldn't require a over $200 repair job....)
