Progress. The jaguar rhythm plate came really close to the round over when cooter placed it but it was remedied by moving it up more like my photoshop mockup. Then reshaping the swoop to the bridge. Looks great.

Yeah. Haha a bit. Hoping to sell that soon to pay for my xii neck. As of the shape, I've loved it since they made it but I just hated the guard and trem configuration. They should of been a lot more vintage influenced instead of like this. Fuck an modern players ass.

Punkacc9 wrote:Minor update. The neck came with a small chip in the paint on the swoop. Just had to be the swoop. BLEH. But the seller gave me some money to compensate for it. It was packed good so it was usps's fault. I'm not gonna even bother with the insurance though. Just a pain... If cooterfinger can't fix it I will just have to do my best. Just put a drop of black on the spot. If anyone has any suggestions let me know. Here's the marauder. It's one of the early ones from 2011. Pretty cool.
Prob too late to mention it now, but if it occured in transit, is the chip in the packaging? It would then be a simple case of sticking it back on.
Loving the build.

Mockup. Time to wire! I fixed the nick with black nail polish. It came out ok. I'm gonna put clear coat on it and buff it eventually. Sorry about all the smudges. I need to polish the whole thing once it's done.

I'm just glad @cooterfinger is such a good sport. I felt like I was a real pain in the ass with this project but he made my vision come to life. So hats off to Coot!

No problems here.
I just didn't want to say I could do something without first making sure I could.
Sometimes it takes me a little while to figure it all out.
