Maybe I should've considered it before, but the sideways behind-nut string angles make the Bigsby impossible to keep in tune. No end of slot-fanning or lubrication (hurr hurr they sound dirty) will make this work. BLARGH.

Was thinking about trying to sort the break angle some other way, but I'm enjoying the loose feel this setup provides. Maybe a lil neck shim will be enough, and I'll stop trying to turn it into a Tele, when it's already its own thing of byooooty.
