Sadly the government was recently in shutdown in observance of dot's birthday so the post office haven't quite got their act together.

I've tried to keep quiet on this, and keep my own counsel. But I can't read this thread title without singing to scan with "My baby fits me like a flesh tuxedo" or "I'd like to sink her with my pink torpedo".

The red one with the white stripe is the guitar I most associate with you - coupled with a boiler suit - or did I imagine that bit.

delivery sorted, i'm picking it up from a fedex store after i get off work tonight. i won't have any time for a demo this weekend between an out-of-towner visit and superbowl, but i'll at least post some pics tonight. maybe i can crank out a cell phone vid if i don't run out of time tonight, but no promises. real demo may actual be the =w= comp.

Gotta say, for a 17yo instrument, it's really clean (if a wee bit on the musty side from a previous owner's smoking habit). No rust on any of the chrome bits save for the screws on the input jack. Action is damn near perfect with zero buzzing. Will have to plug it in tomorrow.
