I was looking for a simple powered a/b or both line selector that doesn't color tone. Do you make that? I didn't see it on your site. If so, what would it be US wise? I looked at the Boss LS 2 but it is $80 dollars or so and has stuff I don't need. Just an a/b switch and a both switch with LEDs. A tuner out would be cool, but not a "has to have it" feature.

Yeah there's no way I could cram a reverb into that thing aswell for Â£88, I'm already doing you mad savings to get you a KoT with two volume knobs for that much

It's a Belton Brick Spring/Hall emulation type thing. Completely crammed in there - the Damping shaves off some of the top end if you need it. Goes from subtle to very big.

It's just a prototype, so the finish isn't perfect, happy to send it up to you if you want to try it out

Why do you want it to be powered, for LED only?

If you're doing A/B you can just use a 3PDT and have zero tone loss as it's completely hard wired change in circuitryl, no LED though.

I'm interested in the reverb and retro echo since I love POST ROCK TOANZ with ambient noisy bits. I'm hankering after something that emulates a space echo, but if I can support local industry instead of the (admittedly very highly regarded) RE-20 that Boss do currently, so much the better.

I'll be flat broke for the next couple of months though, since this NZ trip is cleaning me out.

Why do you want it to be powered, for LED only?

If you're doing A/B you can just use a 3PDT and have zero tone loss as it's completely hard wired change in circuitryl, no LED though.

Doesn't have to have led either.

Just thought it would make it visually easier to see what was on. The passive pedals I read reviews on had complaints of ground loops and buzzing as well as signal bleed or muddyness when both are on together. (Maybe due to the line being split two ways at once?) I spent a few hours reading reviews of switches yesterday.

I figured you would be a good person to ask because of your expertise.

A/B is no prob. There should be no reason to have grounding issues or anything. On the other hand splitting it to go out to both should be done with a buffered splitter, which is where it gets a bit more complicated.

I want to run a signal to my clean amp from my guitars with my clean effects and I want to run a dirty signal through my fuzzes and distortions to my distortion amplifier. I wanted a switch to toggle between the two but also thought it would be cool to have an option to have both amps running at the same time.

The both isn't a killer, but I would like the option in case I wanted to run double distortion lines in to to different amps. (Kind of like Mascis but with just two amps.)

This is the scenario rife with buzz as far as I know. Worth asking Stewart and Doog how they get around this.

I'm still messing around with ideas, but the way I've been going:

- Janglecomp will be Â£100 with Attack and Gain, and 3 way tone selection switch

a more basic Comp (PhatComp) will run Â£80

They're available for order now, I just need to get my act together and make samples and demos. (Will happen over the next two months)
