Nah, I'm in the middle of getting it done. I got the rollers etc from Hurb so I need to get it done. I've thought of putting splittable HBs in there and putting the controls in there. I think that's the way the MIM HH is wired. (I could be wrong)

yep it is a 97 us standard.

i hate that body though, the paint is about a fucking inch thick and it weighs a ton. i am gonna get a new one when i find something i like - but i have already changed the neck (truss rod problems) so there will be little left of the original - but then again i don't really care as long as it plays like a motherfucker. :D

I love that about Strats, you can rebuild them at your leisure and the parts are easy to get. Dave Gilmours black 70 Strat has had about 9 different necks on it.

Thanks!
It sounds and plays like a magic beauty and, besides some '57 LP Juniors I did play, truly one of my all time favorite LPs ever.

Ps: Just did check if the violin bow (don't know the correct name in English) did fit in the case... YEP!!! Not to play Zeppelin stuff (ha ha) but it's a fun thing to do, I don't have any problems playing pinched harmonics on any guitar (even on an acoustic bass) but this does add some "magic overtones" not using my "trademark pinches" ;)

Bad news (just kidding, LOL) : yesterday I did want to purchase one set of classical strings but I did leave the shop with 3 sets (also 2 acoustic steel string sets) and this very nice acoustic (25,5" scale, pic is from the www):

fuck $80 bass that came with an extra neck that is about .25" to wide to actually be used on the body
obvious jazz base clone. picked it up from a tiny guitar shop that the dude scours all the pawn shops and buys things up then resells them for profit.
he thought he sold this two years before i bought it.
BOMB!

Excellent colour decisions. Well played.

Inca Silver is underrated.

I dig the "no hope" on the bass. Reminds me of on of my favorite Life of Agony tunes.

This one is a 360 also. It's a 360v64 so it is a reissue of the 360 as the looked in 1964 with the body shape that was the same as the 330.They introduced the more rounded 360 body in 1965.I got this one after I had already gotten my 2008 360 so I had to sell that one to pay for this.I love the the 360v64 because it has lot of cool features, like the double binding and old style full length inlays(you can see that the new full length inlays look different).I also like the trapeze tailpiece(easier to string thanthe "R") and the 21 fret neck. This one was made in 1996 so it has the 12k toaster pickups which sound great. They didn't make many of these, and you see more of the 12 string version on Ebay and t's hard to find a Jetglo, most are Fireglo.

Hmmmm, I didn't know the 360 ever had a different body shape.

Very Interesting.
