in a word, manners. some folks aren't rockin the 1280x1024+ resolutions on their screens. i think it was donk who said a while back he was at 800x600.

Would fits on everyone's monitor, so that's why? Alright. I can't ever seem to get anything to fix on a banner sized window. Or I make it, then when I resize it, it fucks up.

I think it's paint shop pro. I looks fine, then I resize and it becomes crappy. I can understand making something bigger and it being blurry or whatever, but making it smaller should improve the quality.
