Is that the Squire wit the painted headstock, or is that a custom job?
If you think of god as a pair of pants, a spiritualist thinks he needs pants, in fact he wants pants but none of the conventional types of pants seem to fit just right, so he makes his own pants and is happy that his knees are no longer cold.-fibus

I dont konw about the internaitonla shippzorz.

FWIW, I didn't break any strigns when i had them WOW! Maybe Hurb would hook you up, if he still has them? The would have 2x the mojo of brand new saddles.
No can do, I drilled em through the middle and used em as string t's on my hagstrom. I didn't like em much. plus you gotta make sure your guitar is grounded through the trem otherwise your strings will go bzzzt

This is a johnson strat that's been modified in almost every way.

neck: eden 2-piece maple. a bit "flammy". clear coated and fret dressed by yours truly.
decal: decal joe
pickups: GFS 64 staggers w/ big hunk of steel added to the bottom of the bridge pup.
saddles: GFS solid steel saddles
nut: tusq pre-slotted fender style
tuners: wilkinson 6 in line kluson style
electronics: fender MIM 70s strat
pickguard: unknown ebay 50s style, 1 ply, 8 hole
finish: Dupli-color.

the rest of the bits are from the original johnson strat.

my ol' black '83 Squier SQ 3-bolt strat is my "fits me like my fav pair of converse" guitar. i do cheat on her with the jazzmaster or tele every once in a while, but i always go back to 'er. :D

Image
with my '68 twin it's just MAGIC... and with any other amp, too.
Image
it's really twangy, you'd swear it's a tele (w/ the bridge pup).

ok ok i'll stop!

The main causes were:

- Full bottle
- Laughter
- Consumption of a large amount of rum previous to the incident
- A quite camp pose

My CIJ Mustang, it was my first guitar.

This video convinced me to buy it.

And I'm listening to the new pillows album right now, oh reah.

Maybe my favourite will be my AVRI Jazzmaster once I change the bridge and PG.
