bumguitarist has the graphtech saddles on his telecaster. they fucking kick ass. i have NEVER seen him break a string on it yet.

I modify my saddles so there is a spike at 2.001Khz. I find that sounds much more musical.

You're right. It was the k in front of the hz that threw me. I've not done any studio work in about two years, so I've forgotten all this shit. Has anyone played those strange guitars available in music stores that are made out of a synthetic material? I don't seem to remember the name. They come in strange colors and sound pretty bad.

Switch guitars they are/were called. The site is down and I believe they've stopped making them. And yes, they did look horrible.
