I'm so sorry about this guys... not being able to deliver as promised makes me feel a total sack of shit. 
No worries, man. As stated before, I'll happy to get the painting with or without a frame. Really.
This is an unavailability of materials issue. Nobody would have a leg to stand on in blaming you for this.
