"No fun" because it's difficult? Or because it's boring? I've already built a vero without too many problems. What kind of trouble am in for with the FZ-1?

I find veroboard a pain because you have to gouge out the cuts, and make sure you're cutting in the right places. I'd rather solder the components onto a ready-made PCB, but then the only projects I've worked on are Big Muff circuits where the mods/different versions often involve merely installing different values of components. Veroboard is better for prototypes or more customised circuits, from what I've heard anyway. And it's cheaper than buying a PCB!

I understand why people hate veroboard but I still use it all the time for custom stuff.
