Have you used shapeways or a rapid prototyping service before? Depending on the colour of the plastic used you'll want to do a little bit of fine sanding when you get them if you decide to go through with it as the process leaves some small but distinct patterns.

Not yet, though I've done some no-hole Jag pickup covers for someone on offset via shapeways and he seemed pleased with them. It's worth a try - thanks for the tip, tho.
