I definitely think it should have had a pickguard of some sort. It's a very big body with only the rather mismatched knobs, pickups and f-hole to break it all up. I think they should have stuck the f-hole and Jazzy pickups on the Jaguarillo though.

The Offset Special kinda looks like a bass guitar that was converted to a regular guitar.

I hated the Marauder at first but grew to like it, these however are definitely horrid. Okay, perhaps the Mustang is okay but that thing with the F-hole in particular is terrible.

32", it says.

32" scale is a good thing in many ways. I'm a fan of that scale and this might be a good source of donor necks.

Starting to warm to the Jaguarillo a bit, but still think the Jag-stang and Cyclone II make much more sense for what it's trying to be.

And neither of those guitars is called fucking Jaguarillo either, which is a massive bonus.

Fender even replicating that pawn shop guitar purchase vibe by making sure it doesn't come with a trem arm, it would appear.

They all look a bit like that to me, to be honest. Kind of GFSey or something.

They look worse to me, like they have tried too hard to make a mismatched design.

A medium scale bass where you can actually reach the upper frets.

It's been confirmed, this bass can make my least favorite sound!

Looks awesome though. Looks maybe shortscale? I'm sure it makes sounds I like, too.

At least that thing has 3 singles.

I would like to try the Big Offset or whatever, but nothing is really tripping my trigger. I'm hoping to get one of those Bilt Zaftigs someday anyway...

I absolutely love this. I was going to mess around with a project over the summer to get to something similar to this that I had in my head. If they're good, I might just spend that time working and buy one of these.

agreed. That bass sounds awful. It looks cool, but at the same time it looks like it would be really uncomfortable to play.
