$499 apparently.laterallateral wrote:If the valve tester is cheap enough, it's going to be a buy for me.
I've been waiting a long time for an inexpensive, uncomplicated valve tester that isn't the size of a suitcase.
If it runs on battery power, I'm going to shit my pants because it'll totally give me the edge in the old appliance swap meet tube harvesting lottery.
My thoughts exactly.laterallateral wrote:Eeeesssssshhhh... Yeah, no.
Don't be too hasty you two - you'd break even by the time you were 350 years old.Thom wrote:My thoughts exactly.laterallateral wrote:Eeeesssssshhhh... Yeah, no.

I think it would be more appropriate to say it sounds incredible. It LOOKS like the ugliest pedal I've seen in my entire life.Mike wrote:+1theshadowofseattle wrote:The EHX multieffect looks incredible.
GAME CHANGER.
Micro Pog
Electric Mistress (albeit the newer Nano one which isn't as nice as teh OG)
Holy Grail
Actually 3 pedals people like unlike that Tone Tattoo with Metal Muff THING
That is an absolutely perfect match for my White n Black Moogerfooger.Gabriel wrote:Ibanez delay looks great purely for the fact it has a slidey:
Any idea of the price or the value of the pot? I still haven't bought an expression pedal for my M13.Gabriel wrote:I'm excited about the new smaller Dunlop volume pedal. That seems like a nice little bit of kit.
wow, pretty major stuff there. first time I can think of that a major manufacturer has gotten this close to reissuing an analog synth. looks like they fit a full MS-20 into the MIDI controller version they released a few years ago. $599 pretty much blows away anything comparable. you'd be way lucky to find an MS-10 for that price (I would buy one if I could). that puts it right up against the minibrute, which is quite debatable about which may better suit your needs.Stuart wrote:I may badly want the KORG MS20 mini thing.

It has these things you press down, instead of strings.
Seems to be a bit cheaper than that: GAKekwatts wrote:The Epitome will probably be £350 at least. Still worth it though, given the price of those pedals individually.
Sort of, but by the sounds of it the effects can interact in a way they can't as separate units.BearBoy wrote:Seems to be a bit cheaper than that: GAKekwatts wrote:The Epitome will probably be £350 at least. Still worth it though, given the price of those pedals individually.
Pretty good value when you add up the cost of a Micro POG, Holy Grail etc separately. Obviously not as flexible though.
