We're more than welcoming actually, I just find it tedious that you would choose to link entire threads from your board (sometimes just starting a new thread with a link to another) rather than just copying the content here for us to discuss in line, you'll get a lot more replies and interest if stuff is right there to read, otherwise it just comes off as lazy. I don't see how it's hard to edit your original post and copy the BBcode into a new post here.

This duo is GREAT. It's light, sounds fantastic with the stock pickups, and doesn't cost a fortune. It's not "toy-like" as the 90s MIM duo felt to me. This model is great as-is or perfect for modding...
Man, after seeing those pics I want one twice as bad.

But then you have to click back to shortscale to comment on it. It's just counter-productive.
This isn't an "offset" thing. I find it equally annoying when people just link news stories and the like, or products and stuff - forums can have embedded images these days, and videos too, you can use quote codes to make clear you're referencing something - why not utilise that?

OK... I get it. I just thought with open tabs it wasn't that big of a deal. But I'll comply in the future.

I wasn't berating you further, I was talking to Bubbles.
Oh, and on the decal issue, it's your guitar so do as you will with it.
I'm making a Mustang/Duo-Sonic style project guitar with a body handmade by our very own Robert and a Warmoth neck. I'm going to slap a Fender decal on it, I'm not sure I would have been arsed to do it if it already had one existing though.
I got ahold of an excellent silkscreened spaghetti logo (with the right "texture" like the originals) and the small "DUO-SONIC" lettering underneath, very accurate and not a feeBay inkjet special.
Here, they're at offestguitars... I'll post a link to the thread:

Aaaaaahh so that explains the ridiculous pad, did you design Teflon or something?
Haha... no, just lucked out.
NASA figured a few fat old uneducated greasemonkey airplane guys might be able to fix the mistakes of the 22 yo engineers trying to design the new spaceship...
(nothing against 22 yo engineers)
Anyway... when I get around to opening up the Duo... I'll post some shots of the routing.

That duo looks great!
Congrats.... and thanks!
BTW... the new program Constellation, (which comprises the Aires I Rocket / Orion capsule) is ramping up as the shuttle is winding down. We could always use engineers...
I'm a 3D Graphics Design Engineer with a sideline in Analogue Guitar Effects Pedal Derivation. I'm not sure NASA needs my expertise unless they want me to unpixelate the Rocket, or tape a DS-1 to the nosecone.
