I knew you'd like that, ICEMAN.

If the neck was even slightly funky or warped, I would have hopped on the bus and headed home, but minor hardware rust on the saddles was the only thing that revealed seasonal Korean weathering, the neck being just fine. My GAS flatulence blast has been fully released for 2011, I'm certain this thing will be a daily player for me in the studio.

Played a Hagstrom Ultra Swede of some sort, GHAD DAYME this is a total les paul killer. Fit/finish was superb!
Image

IF, and thats a large if, IF I get a solid body single cutaway style guitar, Hagstrom is pretty high up on my list now.

I played a lefty Swede right before I bought my Hagstrom, it was really, really nice, I just don't think I'll ever be comfortable with a LP style guitar. Just doesn't feel right.

I can honestly say i have'nt had real GAS for much in quite a while.
Everything just seems same old same old, boring RI's or rehashed designs, not just talking Fender either. Does'nt seem to be much different about, although i was looking at the Ampeg guitars the other day. Dan Armstrong copies, quite interesting, especially the changable pickup concept and a good spec as well.

The only thing I have been flipping out about are guitars that don't exist, and I'm having made. I've slapped down most of the money now on the parts for my dream Broncostang. That's teh only thing I'm stoked about right now. After that, I think I wanna have a clone made of my SuperSonic with a proper neck heel and left handed controls done. That's really about it.

Yeah, i get what your saying. I suppose i should stop being a lazy bastard and make something i want for myself rather than yawning on ebay and other places.

Well, I can't say I've made this guitar, more just designed it, then plopping down the money to have the neck/body made how I want it done. I have nearly all of the parts, body is being made as we speak, then I'm going to have a guitar that I've always wanted rather than wait for Fender to get their heads out of their asses.
