I agree. The scrappy badge will look odd if you retolex it.
Made in Sunderland, all these little companies that pass us by. Burman Amplification were based in Newcastle i believe, they seem quite collectible now too.

To be sure, I would contact the manufacturer and ask them. I would assume that it has 16 ohm total output, so 1 x 16 ohm cab or 2 x 8 ohm cabs.
