There's an awful lot of things I want to buy, but some decent patch cables and a decent tuner were on the list and I've just picked them up via ebay.
Got a Korg DT10 for BIN £37, and just now hit BIN on 14 George L connectors for £25 (with some little bits of cut cable, and a small amount of uncut). I didnt hesitate to get the DT10, but I did a bit with the George L, did I make the right choice?
Diago board here I come (I dont actually plan on getting one, but I know I'll want one eventually, they look so classy).
New amp and that will have to wait for the moment.

good deal on both i'd say, i got the planet waves instead of the george l's but i really heard a big difference after i replaced the cheap patch cables, much more clarity and less hiss, george l's take up even less space than those planet waves, thinner cable i believe, and also smaller jacks
did you get the silver korg ? i like the fact that their in and outputs are at the top, that way you can place yr fx closer together, and they look classy
i just scored a boss line selector secondhand, will have it somewhere this week ..then imma order te sapbddi

george els are the only cabels i run tween my pedal.s i'm sory i'm throuwing my opinon at you while i'm drunk. btu... you made a good decision. you'll hear a huge diffference with th e GL's as opposedt o the cabels you were running before. being a solid core instead ofa braided wire rreally makes a HUGE dfference. good buy on both the korg and geoge L's i say. congrats dude.

woo hoo! how much did you get it for?
you're lucky, they're actually quite hard to find on ebay - prob cos people don't tend to get bored of them, like a distortion or modulation pedal.

70 instead of 100 new, i bid on it with 60 but hey, i'm still saving 30bucks, they're hard to find secondhand yes, that's why i didn't hesitate to go with the 70

George L's are great, and I can definitely hear the clarity since I changed to them. You definitely made the right choice bob.

Ditto on both.
The Korg is an excellent tuner and you got a good deal, secondly George L's are fab, you can really notice the treble and bass retention.
