Cheap-ass bucker

good lord. i know it's probably not that good, but that's almost nothing.

For ten bucks, you can use it as a place holder for real pickups or who knows, maybe it can give you that unique tone that only really cheap pickups can get. True enough, and I don't buy a lot of the hyperbole about magnet material - but number of windings and the size of the magnet does make a difference. But then again, when you strip away all the branding and snobbery and money, a pickup is still basically just a couple of magnets and some wire...
