this should be interesting, i only know how to do it the generic way and the mcgyver way, the generic is the rounded blocks that you see on the old 60's guitars.
and the mcgyver way is close to that excet i be using a chissel, a peice of gum and a bomb.

don't do that
if you want to put blocks in that neck you need to take out the frets, and you will have to make a bit of a jig, yo will also need to to re-radius the neck afterwords. along with a refret, its always best to do inlays on a fret board before anything have been down to(besides the slotting)

Why? The board is already radiused and if I use the router along the radius then it cuts the depth the same along the radius, then i just have to make sure the inlays are radiused, use the proper puddy round the edges, sand, and I'm out ng. Am I wrong? This big ass clear router base will slide along the leveled frets nicely I assume.

trust me, it won;t be level, you will have dips and high spots.
with the frets out you will be able to get an accurate measurement instead of an exactmeasurement within a mm.
you smell what im smoking man?
you can do what you want, but i would strongly advice not doing it that way unless you have rosewood dust, extra fretwire nad you have done it abunch of times before.

no, nice try tho.
i just don;t want you get uneven blocks with visible filler and you be unhappy about it, that would just suck.
you can buy cheap mighty might necks that come in a few diff stages and try it on one of those first. that would be ideal cuz then if it worked out you could sell it on the bay for a few hundered.
