i harvested these from a toy piano thing.
ive got 2 of em and theyre 3 inches in diameter.
8 ohms, 1 watt
any suggestions?

Not much really, they're tweeters so unless you have a crossover to bleed off the highs and attenuate the output of an amp to < 2 Watts (if you combine the speakers in parallel or series). Unfortunately they're not designed to handle guitar output.
You could deliberately overdrive them if you want, but you could damage the amplifier pushing them.
