Shadowmaster Operation Block Inlays GO!

I got bored last night and decided to go for it and put block inlays in the shadowmaster 2.0 neck I bought off of ebay. It was not hard at all, as long as you own a dremel! I bought MOP inlay blocks for a Les Paul Custom on ebay, traced the design with a razor onto the fretboard then used my router and routed them out the same depth as the block inlays, Smeared stainable wood filler on the back of the inlay and pressed it into the routed area and let it squeeze out around the edges, when it was dry I sanded them flush by hand and used the dremel sanding bit on the edges of the MOP to get them the proper radius and sanded until it was level, then stained the filler around the edges to match the rosewood via walnut stain and a sharpie! This was my first time using a router! I got lucky and didn't get to crazy, my next attempt will be perfect me's think.

Cowbell--I didn't realize you RAWK so hard! Are you taking orders yet? If not, could you go into more depth and do a write-up for the Wiki, or is that info out there somehwere?

Thanks Guys!

Its an allparts neck for the strat. It comes unfinished. I bought mine from a guy on ebay who didn't use it. Allparts wants $190 or so for it new.

DGNR8, I'd need a "test" neck for the wiki demo.

Refin'd in white or is that just primer? Tuxedo-style Jazzy on the cheap = straight classy. You'd need a matching ferret.
