Why do you necessarily want the EHX one? The pulsar is pretty shoddy as it goes - overpriced (and oversized in it's non micro form) and the later third of the depth control is not useable. I would recommend almost any trem pedal over it:

Check out - Danelectro Tunamelt, Boss TR-2 (beware the volume drop), George Dennis Tremelo etc.

Behringer copy of the Boss trem. Supposedly it sounds exactly the same and doesn't have the volume drop.

The Boss TR2 volume drop can be sorted for pence.

Let me know if you get one & I can email the mod instructions to you.

I have one and I love it, Doog had one but broke it, but it's a really well liked pedal and can't be beat for the price.

I've got one of them Behringer Trems as well. Does the job nicely imo. I wouldn't say the build quality was all that bad, but I'm not gonna be carting it around gigs or actually stomping on it.

TUNAMELT
I though about it, but I prefer a volume control and something a bit more stomp-friendly. And something I haven't had break on me already.

I've toyed with the idea of making a truebypass port/bay for it so it's essentially a metal box with a MXR footswitch, but it's just too much hassle.

not many tremz with Volume controlz this side of expensiveville though.
