I thought I'd post a little blurb for Avatar customer service.

So one of the little rubber feet fell off my cab on route to a gig last week and I couldn't find it. I'm sure I could get something similar at a hardware store but I figured it'd be worth a shot to contact Avatar. They emailed me back in a couple hours (on a Sunday) and sent out a new foot the next day free of charge. It's been about a year since I bought a cab from them too.

they are awesome. I boughtm y cab second hand and their customer servie people still walked me through re-wiring it no/charge.
