it *could* be the one from in bloom, as the one in the vid looks similar, but according to the above site, that guitar was babied, and never had its neck snapped, i still say the guy is full of shit.

I don't like the guy's jive, new user, has 12 feedback but it's all simple little nickel and dime purchase, he even buys plastic toy glocks. That's a major no no. I don't see anything that makes this look real.

Finally, the logo. I thought lefty Fenders only said Fender, the logo itself looks odd too.

no matter what its a good price less than 24 hours to go and still at a grand, even if it was more beat up and missing some parts its still worth that price.

It does look similar to the one in the "In bloom" and apparently the "sliver" video's. That guitar had no mods ever done to it, and was said to be very clean and stock. It also looks to be the right color, Daphne blue, which can turn dark like that from age. But...
before buying that guitar, I would get some form of proof from the seller.
Theres no way he wouldn't have something that proves it. Especially if his band played there, wouldn't he at least have pictures of him with Courtney??
He doesn't even state how he arranged with her to buy the guitar. I doubt she just had it in her handbag! Also, I'm sure Courtney knows that this is a guitar that was used in a couple Nirvana video's and could fetch quite a bit of money!

Cobain's Gospel-Mosrite guitar sold for well over $40,000! And this guy wants a grand for it? If he adds the serial number to the listing, when he does, and can prove it it to be F207901, then I'll believe it.

if he really wants this sold as kurts hell just say that F207901 is the serial number

and even if she had, than this guy just cant be so stupid to sell such an item without reserve, without HUGE title Kurtz mustang etc.

Ssdly i haven't, though Liam did sit right in front of me when i saw the Manics at Kentish Town Forum back in 1996.

Love also gave one of the In Utero Mustangs to this kid, Bobby, who has cancer or something. At first I didn't think it was, but is in fact the Live & Loud guitar which had a red swirl pick guard, compared to the other sonic blue one which had a red matte guard.
Its white humbucker was changed to a black one in early '94 and can be seen used in Nirvana's French, T.V appearance.
It now belongs to this museum.
