Well, there is a precedent.Mike wrote:Investment of shit.
Daily Telegraph wrote:Critics of modern art will at least applaud the irony. The Tate Gallery has paid £22,300 of public money for a work that is, quite literally, a load of excrement.
The canned faeces of Piero Manzoni, one of Italy's most controversial artists, have been bought by the gallery from a sale at Sotheby's.
Can 004 is one of an "edition" of 90 tins of merda d'artista created by Manzoni in 1961 as an ironic statement on the art market. Each can contained 30 grams of his faeces and Manzoni sold it for the same price as if it were gold
Seems no-one has anything nice to say about it (apart from Landen, perhaps, if he's still around). But then, not many people like the Swinger either.justin wrote:BacchusPaul wrote:

I think I might. I get those too confused.bubbles_horwitz wrote:don't you mean handen, mike?
as for the guitar, i think it's cool in just how stupidly useless it is. it almost seems like a joke on gibson's part.
I like these. Particularly having the 90in the neck and the humbucker in the bridge. For 499 new you can't go wrong. The guy at supersound music in Escondido, Ca has several in stock and owns an original Korina V and there is not alot of difference between the two as far as sound and playability goes.Sloan wrote:Reverend has the best V shape evar. The pickguard is exactly how I've always wanted it on a V, just a fucking triangle.
If I sell my AMPEG, I'll probably buy one of these.
Ron Ashton Signature (also comes in black)
LISTEN TO THE FUCKING VERSITILITY OF THE BASS CONTOUR KNOB. HOLY SHIT. I LOVE IT.
