Anyone know what this is?

I picked this up on the cheap last night (excuse the crummy cell phone pics):
I'm not really sure what it is...anyone have any clue? It looks very similar to an old Domino Dawson...but a few things are definitely different. The worn off logo on the headstock looks like it could've possibly said Orpheum, which I guess is the company that used to import the Domino guitars.
