J Greenwood should get one at some point. There is an entire generation or two of Tele players out there because of him.

Myself including even though my fanboyism is long gone.

tele plus or starcaster tho? i'd prefer a starcaster but only cause i could make a tele plus. dunno if radiohead would be comfortable with it either, the whole NO LOGO thing.

i can't think of anyone, really. i agree that a real life lee ranaldo jazzblaster would be rad.
but sig prices are just jacked up super high to pull in a name, usually. it seems with bolt on neck guitars, you could just build it yourself for much cheaper.

i'm about to build a baritone version of what would be my 'sig' guitar.
but honestly, if i had the resources/skill or knew a builder willing to work with me for pretty cheap, it'd be a full on custom semi hollow.

Does she even play guitar, really? Or does she strum one, breakdown and cry, move to the Paino, attempt to play a song, cry again, scream at the audience, and then finally play a bad cover-song.

I'm not that in Favor of sigs, and not for any guitar player without cool licks, or an original style.

leave chan alone, shes lovely. She can play a bit, little arpegios with a few hammer ons now and again(has a decent sense of melody too), and i suppose it was all far more forgivable when she was out her tree constantly.

Well yeah you know, sig models are a whole exploitative thing, ain't they?

It's a really poor message for all these uh...top-drawer guitarists to be giving out to the fanboys and fangirls: "To sound like me you must spend £1600 on THIS guitar. I approve!"

Fuck that.

Glenn Branca sig Mosrite (tuned EEEEEE and comes in a set of 100)
Joey Santaigo LP
JAMES WILLIAMSON LP

Bored of signature guitars. So over it I was never on it. Breeds fanboyism like nothing else.

The boss Telecaster. This would be totally lame because it would just be a '52 RI but I am just really surprised that it hasn't happened.

Ry Cooder Strat: Gold Foil pup and all. Very cool

Thurston Moore RI Peavey butcher amp!!!
