Actually, now that I've had more time to look at it it might not be. The screws seem to be in slightly different positions. The patterns might just be the same because CIJ torts are fake. They're printed on, so they probably always follow the same pattern. It might just be a coincidence that these two are so similar. Approach with caution.

The pattern does look identical, but the black one is all scratched up and shit and the red one is clean and glossy. It does seem odd that there is no picture of the guitars side by side or full shots of the body and neck showing the different truss rods.

if you look at the kind of stuff he sells it's all kinds of random junk. I would guess he's not really that knowledgeable about guitars. he just has these 2 guitars and he's trying to get rid of them. might even be selling them for someone else.
