thats their key to 100% customer satisfaction...once you buy one, you can never ask questions about it or return it!!!! EVER!!!

It looks like they want to handle inquiries thru their Web site. But hopefully if you type in a message here:

http://www.ibanez.com/contact/

... they'll send a response to your e-mo address, and you can snag their address from the message you get.

thats weak as hell, most companies have a couple different phone numbers/ email address.
ovation was easy as hell to get ahold of, and they were fast and speedy about resonding.
i went ahead and sent the *inquiry*
doubt it will go thru, seeing as how they seem to shy away from actual phone numbers(thats what i prefer)

Yeah, and to sweeten the deal, they state that they don't respond to all messages. :? They seem quite committed to not listing anything but a mailing address. Maybe they're anchored offshore for tax purposes?

There's a page of "authorized repair centers" available from this page:

http://www.ibanez.com/support/

... and there are phone numbers for those shops. That seems to be as close as they'll let you get to the Mystery Ship.
