Lack of coherent text aside, is it any good? I have the DT10 but would consider selling it to get a smaller tuner. The DT10 is great, so if this is basically the same deal in a smaller box I'm sold.

yeah its great. it doenst bounce around, it tracks really well. its in a very sturdy box. theres no signal attenuation or anything. it powers my pedals like the tu2 did. the display is much better than the tu2's display, thats for sure. i like the size, as well.

as far as if its the same as the dt-10... i dunno. i used to own a dt-10 and loved it. i can say that this tracks better than the dt-10. and it is a lot smaller.

if you need the space, grab one of these. great space saver.

I've never noticed any problems with the DT10's tracking.

i did not say that there were. the dt-10 tracks fine.

you will have to try the pitch black to see for yourself, i suppose. the tracking is very very smooth and very accurate.

Is it actually better? Or is it pretty much the same and you're honeymooning.

how do you honeymoon with a tuner pedal?

i view it as a utility item, not some effect to fawn over.

it tracks very very smoothly, smoother than i remember the dt-10 tracking.
if you find no fault with the dt-10 fine. i dont either.

im just sayin, this shit is smooth. TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT FUCK

Everyone honeymoons with new gear. And wouldn't accept any comment on the tracking that wasn't based on a direct comparison with them both inline.

Once you go black and tiny..

Am I the only guy who puts the tuner at the end of their chain? I guess it makes more sense to put it at the start, so you don't have to turn off any pedals to tune properly, but it's never been an issue for my more sparse FX usage. Cuts out any background noise that way.

put your tuner wherever you want. i play it safe like a pansy and put it up front, but whatever. no rules.

I have it at the beginning and at the end, because I'm a TGP mojo hound.

Actually though, the OrangePeel and a Booster Prototype are coming to rehearsal tonight, could I be returning to a (100% DIY) pedalboard?

I've always had it on the right when I did have a pedalboard, I dunno why.

Yeah and I still haven't fixed a couple of cold solder joints so on some of the FAC settings it just does that Mayonaise squeal which is hilarious. The guys are going to get a kick out of it I'm sure. I'm going to play it this week, then dismantle it and spray it with Chico's booster and start finishing it. I'll fix the solder joints and upgrade the jacks to Switchcrafts when I rehouse it afterwards.
