Anyone ever dealt with Matamp?

I sent an order enquiry two weeks ago and got an automated response saying...
Thanks for your enquiry to Matamp. We'll have a look at your requirements and get back to you ASAP.
Thanks,
Jeff @ Matamp.
I realise the waiting list has gone up a hell of a lot lately, so they must be pretty swamped with orders but I thought I would have heard something back by now. i'm not in any huge rush to get an amp, but with a three month wait from order to product, I'd like to get it ordered if I do go ahead with it.

Definitely call or give them a prod by email.

I'm up in Matamp-land soon (my wife is from Hudds) - keep meaning to visit. Phone them, I reckon. Typical ill-mannered, unreliable Northern bastards.

I'd be more worried Hurb will pound down your door.

Hurb's so northern he's virtually Scottish, and therefore exempt.
Anyhow, while I was so busy forgetting to use my <sarcasm> tags, I neglected to ask what it is you're ordering... What are you ordering?

I'll give them a few more days, maybe a week. I'm not certain I'm going to go with it, and by that I mean I'm not certain I can afford it.
I was considering one last year then gave up due to lack of funds and needing to sort the rest of my gear out (the main one being getting rid of my amp). I've got that sorted and money isn't too bad at the moment so I started considering it again, then I saw this and realised it was the smart move to go ahead an order.
I'll probably get something similar to that, but it depends on what they'll do.

Doesn't really matter what it sounds like when it looks that cool.

I dont care if it has an amp inside or not. If the LED lights up I'm sold.

it'd look cooler if it had knobs like these on it.

agreed. chicken head knobs aren't for matamps.

I think the chicken heads look fine. I can't be assed with this vintage correct malarky. The different sized knobs on old range and matamps look shit.

i didn't mean different sizes/vintage correct. i just think the round knobs look better than the chicken heads. 'sides the picture i posted is a current production matamp, so they should be able to accommodate round knobs.
